- Corporate Communications Trainer
- Excellent Verbal and Written comms skills in English
- Excellent presenter (use of PowerPoint and other tools)
- Parameters to assess - Grammar, Vocab, Pronunciation, etc…
- Able to publish reports and dashboards and manage stakeholders (including their training requirements)
- Able to prepare presentations on varied personality development topics esp. in a corporate set-up
- Able to audit and assess individual performance as a trainer (TNA)
- Able to design Training Plan and Calendar
- Able to use various training tools and techniques at par with the industry
- Matured person with a proven track record as a trainer
