As a Corporate Communication Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our bespoke events. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end RSVP processes, maintaining accurate guest databases, and coordinating closely with clients to understand event objectives and preferences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for invitees, handling confirmations, queries, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
The role also involves ensuring seamless guest communication before, during, and after events, supporting smooth on-ground coordination, and upholding the highest standards of service etiquette. Fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and courteously across multiple channels are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, curate, and manage architect and industry professional databases for targeted event invitations.
- Handle end-to-end guest list management and RSVP coordination for bespoke events.
- Conduct professional outreach through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to invite guests and confirm attendance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest communications, confirmations, and preferences within the CRM system.
- Act as a primary point of contact for invitees, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure all written and verbal communications consistently reflect House of Amber’s standards of professionalism, warmth, and brand voice.
