Job Purpose
Development and implementation of communications for the bank supporting the Head of Brand and Corporate Communications for all internal and external communication purposes in English.
Key result Areas
- Developing consistent communications strategy and planning, across channels related to all internal and external channels as required in English.
- Work with several key stakeholders for overall plans related to communication
- Employee and executive communication
- Storytelling, thought leadership and messaging
- Culture and change management communication
- Digital communication, partnership and channel management
- Consulting on communication matters that impact business, growing industry professional expertise
- Documenting communications strategy of primary competitors and significant niche players relative to key local banks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of banking, local market environment and major customer segments.
- Clear, creative and effective writing style.
- Current knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders across the businesses.
- 5-8 years of banking experience or significant other writing experience.
