Context & Role:
The Internal Communications Volunteer will support engagement with employees for volunteering employee campaigns and events. The role is important for strengthening employee connection and promote organizational initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of employee volunteering campaigns and events
- Assist in drafting and editing internal newsletters, announcements, and updates
- Collaborate with various departments to organize volunteering campaigns
- Help monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics
- Contribute creative ideas to improve communication effectiveness
- Working with the graphic designer for briefing on design/ creatives
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for employee volunteering
- Basic understanding of communication tools (e.g., MS Office, Canva, email platforms)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Interest in organizational culture and employee engagement
Desired Qualification:
- Graduate/ post graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- 1-3 years of work experience
