Corporate Communications, PR & Media Relations - Team Member
Location: Andheri E Mumbai

A self-motivated dynamic individual in the capacity of a Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager handling both developmental tasks and day-to-day operations with internal & external stakeholders. It should attract candidates who are excited about a multifaceted role and are eager to contribute to the overall success of integrated communication campaigns/ building personal brands through effective public relations strategies.
Role: To drive excellence in external & internal communications for Aptech Limited and its subsidiaries/ brands. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring one Aptech brand voice across all relevant target audiences and drive PR for the company and its brands and some part of corporate social media.
Qualifications & Experience:
o Post-Graduation in PR & Mass Communication.
o Bachelors in Mass Media preferred.
o Experience: 3-5 years with PR Agency or corporate houses in a Corporate Communication Role
o Experience of working for Education/ Technology/Lifestyle/ B2C or D2C brands preferred, external PR and Digital Communication
Responsibilities:
o Managing Consistent Communication both internal and external for Aptech Corporate and its brands
o Strong Media Relations with Corporate, Financials, Regional, A&M, Lifestyle Media
o Create and manage media content for Aptech spokespersons
o Work with the agency to deliver Corporate and Brand PR Narratives. Ideate on new PR Deliveries, Influencer/ Blogger Engagements or Media Alliances
o Managing Online Reputation of Aptech Corporate
o Plan & Execute Social Media strategy for Aptech Limited
o Support on Investor Communication Annual Report, Company Results and others
o Manage Crisis Communications for Aptech Limited & its brands
o Managing Corporate Website and other Aptech Company Corporate Social Platforms
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
o Fair Media Understanding
o Excellent Media Relations
o Excellent Written & Oral Communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
o Networking Skills, managing multiple partners like web, creative, PR agencies etc
o Experience in ORM & Digital Media will be a plus.
o Networking and influencing skills. To be able to work with multiple stakeholders
