Job Description
- Lead high‑value, complex commercial negotiations across India, EMEA, US, and Asia.
- Structure and manage multi‑jurisdictional commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Advise senior leadership on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and commercial strategy.
- Support multiple business units on complex day‑to‑day legal and contractual matters.
- Drive technology transformation and digital innovation legal initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering collaboration and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Commercial Lawyer should have:
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- 15+ years of global commercial contracting experience, handling high‑value, complex agreements.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, leading legal teams or driving major strategic legal initiatives.
- Proven expertise in multi‑jurisdictional negotiations and advising senior business stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage legal risk and regulatory compliance across global regions.
- Exceptional stakeholder and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing legal talent.
