Role Overview
We are looking for a mature, highly professional Corporate Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening long-term client relationships, supporting senior management, and ensuring smooth corporate coordination across functions. This role demands excellent communication, leadership presence, and the ability to manage both internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
β Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
β Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships
β Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and communication
β Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for timely delivery
β Handle client escalations and ensure effective resolution
β Support client retention and repeat business initiatives
2. Corporate Operations & Management Coordination
β Oversee day-to-day corporate coordination activities
β Act as a bridge between leadership and various departments
β Ensure smooth communication and execution of management directives
β Track key deliverables and ensure timely closures
3. Business & Leadership Support
β Support senior management with reports, coordination, and follow-ups
β Prepare management summaries, presentations, and internal documentation
β Assist in planning, reviews, and strategic discussions
4. Stakeholder & Communication Management
β Manage professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
β Represent the organization in client meetings and reviews when required
β Maintain high standards of corporate communication and etiquette
5. Process, Compliance & Governance
β Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and SOPs
β Support audits, compliance, and documentation activities
β Identify gaps and suggest process improvements for efficiency
6. Team Coordination & Professional Discipline
β Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
β Promote professionalism, accountability, and discipline across functions
β Monitor performance and follow up on action points
