Role Description
The Corporate Chef at PYRAMID will oversee menu development, food preparation, and culinary innovations to maintain the brand’s high standards. They will ensure consistency and quality in all food offerings, manage kitchen operations across multiple establishments, and train staff to achieve culinary excellence. Responsibilities include ingredient sourcing, cost control, compliance with food safety regulations, and collaborating with management on seasonal menus. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala, requiring strong leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in menu development, culinary creativity, and food presentation techniques
- Experience with team management, staff training, and leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficiency in food costing, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best kitchen practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to adapt to customer preferences and deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking, fusion cuisine, and current culinary trends is a plus
