Role Summary
Ztech India Ltd. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-driven Group / Corporate CFO to lead the organization’s overall finance, treasury, compliance, governance, and strategic financial planning functions. The role demands a seasoned finance leader capable of managing multi-entity financial operations, strengthening corporate governance frameworks, driving fundraising and banking relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will act as a key strategic partner to the Board of Directors and senior leadership team, ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth across all verticals of the Group.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
- Additional qualifications such as Company Secretary (CS), LLB, MBA Finance, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead and oversee the overall finance and accounts function for the Group, ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives and expansion plans
- Partner with the leadership team in strategic decision-making, investment planning, and business growth initiatives
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all business verticals and entities
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements across multiple companies, subsidiaries, and business units within the Group
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting, board presentations, and management dashboards for leadership review
- Monitor financial performance indicators, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act provisions, and applicable financial reporting standards
Compliance & Corporate Governance
- Ensure compliance with listed company regulations, SEBI requirements, statutory obligations, and corporate governance standards
- Supervise company secretarial matters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, disclosures, board resolutions, and regulatory documentation
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit preparedness across the organization
Treasury & Fund Management
- Lead treasury operations including banking relationships, working capital management, liquidity planning, and cash flow optimization
- Manage debt syndication, fundraising initiatives, project financing, and capital structuring activities
- Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, investors, and lending partners for optimal financing arrangements
- Monitor utilization of funds, debt obligations, and financial risks to maintain a healthy capital structure
Audit & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure smooth completion of internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits
- Represent the organization in financial discussions with stakeholders, investors, and external agencies
- Support due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships
Team Leadership & Process Excellence
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team across the Group
- Establish strong financial systems, SOPs, and automation-driven processes to improve operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance function
- Drive adoption of technology and ERP-based financial controls for scalable business operations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in listed company compliances and corporate governance
- In-depth knowledge of consolidation of accounts and multi-entity financial management
- Sound understanding of company secretarial matters and regulatory frameworks
- Extensive experience in banking relationships, debt syndication, and fundraising activities
- Strong treasury management, working capital planning, and cash flow analysis capabilities
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance planning
- Proficiency in Tally, Advanced MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented business environment
Preferred Industry Exposure
Candidates with experience in infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, hospitality, entertainment, real estate, diversified business groups, or multi-vertical organizations will be preferred.
