Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Ability to manage end-to-end card implementation including processing of all required paperwork and documentation.
• Oversee the intake, review and approval of card applications.
• Coordinate with IT to setup data bank feed in Concur
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and data accuracy
• Deliver training sessions to cardholders on program usage and policies
• Termination and maintenance of corporate cards
• Responding to corporate card inquiries on Slack, Teams, ServiceNow and other channels
• Provides support to Concur Expense tool, assisting employees with expense reports
• Strong communication and customer service skills when working with cardholders and stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal customers as well as vendors and banking partners
• Ability to shine under pressure while dealing with changing priorities and timeline
Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience in program implementation, project coordination, and administrative operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, card programs, or payment solutions preferred
• Highly developed business, customer service, and communications skills
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate challenges.
• Ability to multitask and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge of card administration using banking systems is desirable. Experience with US Bank Access Online or CitiManager is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and other Concur technical skills necessary to give continued support to internal clients (knowledge of Cognos is desired)
• Experience administering all aspects of T&E card programs
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Education and Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a Card Administrator role
• Card Program Administrator role experience
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
