Job Responsibilities
- Identify companies with 25–250 employees, build a database of HR, Admin, Finance, and other decision-makers, and generate qualified corporate leads.
- Contact prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements, promote employee benefits and other corporate insurance products (GMC, GPA, GTL, D&O, Cyber, Fire, etc.), and schedule business meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Search and identify relevant government, PSU, and private insurance tenders.
- Monitor tender opportunities through the company's subscribed tender portal.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, documents, and policy-related requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Perform any other work assigned by the management.
Skills Required
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of General Insurance products.
- Basic understanding of tender documentation and online tender portals.
- Good internet research and lead generation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 Years
