Wistora IQ Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Corporate Business Associate to join our growing team. If you have a passion for business development, client relationship management, and sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients as required.
- Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client and college visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Only candidates from Kerala are eligible to apply.
- Candidates currently based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi will be given preference.
