We’re looking for a chef × marketer × hustler
—someone who can cook, communicate, convince, and create.
Who is this Role For?
- Ex–cloud kitchen founders
- Vigilant chefs with strong personality
- Restaurant managers/captains who want to break into growth roles
- Anyone who understands food + market + people
Role:
- Travel across cities, meet High Ticket Clients, restaurants & chains
- Conduct live demos → convert to orders
- Study menus & pitch custom use-cases
- Innovate Constantly: Create innovative recipes & food formats
- Be face of the Brand: Shoot reels / demo videos / workshops
- Train kitchen teams & solve execution issues
- Build strong relationships with chefs & owners
What we are looking for?
- Strong communication & conversation skills
- High energy, extroverted personality
- Comfortable being on camera
- Willingness to travel extensively (15–20 days/month)
- Hunger to grow, experiment, and take ownership
