We are looking for a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant to join our Corporate Audit team in Bangalore as Manager – Corporate Audit.
This role is designed for a strategic finance professional with 3–5 years of experience (ideally within the Big 4) and specialized exposure to hospital audits or the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities-
- Audit Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end finalization and closure of statutory, tax, GST, internal, cost, and group audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure stringent adherence to Ind AS, CARO, Companies Act, SEBI, and Income Tax regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Preemptively address auditor requirements to streamline processes and minimize rework.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with cross-functional leadership to deliver data-driven financial insights and strengthen internal controls.
Key Requirements-
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification audit experience.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of relevant statutory frameworks and Labour Laws.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional project planning, risk mitigation, and communication skills.
