About Miror
Miror is an integrated midlife women's health platform built for Indian women aged 35 to 65. In under two years we have built India's largest menopause-focused WhatsApp community, partnered with the National Health Mission and the Indian Menopause Society, launched a nutraceutical range, and built an app that brings together symptom tracking, personalised care pathways, diagnostic links, expert consultations and AI-supported guidance. We were recognised with the Innovation in Menopause Care award at the Global Women's Health Innovation Conference 2024.

Why this role exists
Menopause is the largest unaddressed gap in Indian corporate health benefits. Women in their forties and fifties are usually at the most senior point of their careers, and unmanaged symptoms show up on the employer's side as attrition, absenteeism and quiet withdrawal from leadership tracks. Very few Indian employers have anything in place for it.
Míror at Work is our answer, and this role owns it commercially. You will drive new business and build corporate alliances in a category with no established budget line. You will be creating one. That is the hard part and the interesting part.
What you will own
New Business Development
• Build and maintain a target account map across IT/ITES, GCCs, BFSI, consulting, retail and manufacturing employers with large or growing female workforces
• Open conversations with CHROs, HR business partners, Heads of Admin, D&I leads and wellness committee owners
• Run a structured outbound motion across LinkedIn, email, calls, HR industry forums and events
Corporate Partnerships & Alliances
• Build strategic alliances with benefits brokers, insurers, EAP providers and corporate wellness platforms to open new channels into employers
• Develop co-selling and referral partnerships that bring Míror at Work into existing benefits programmes
Conversion
• Run discovery and position Míror at Work against the client's actual retention, benefits and D&I objectives, not a generic wellness pitch
• Build proposals and commercials across annual programmes, employee seats, awareness sessions, screening camps, consultations and supplement programmes
• Bring senior leadership or medical experts into the cycle at the right moment
• Negotiate, close and hand over cleanly to the delivery team
• Carry and deliver an assigned monthly and quarterly revenue number
Accounts & Delivery
• Coordinate with content, clinical, product and events teams so that what was sold is what gets delivered
• Support execution of on-site health camps, awareness drives and wellness workshops
• Grow accounts past the first contract through renewals, additional sites and additional employee cohorts
Reporting
• Keep the CRM accurate on stage, value, owner and next action for every open opportunity
• Submit a weekly pipeline and performance report to management
• Feed field objections and pricing signals back to marketing and product
What good looks like
• First 30 days: target account and partner map built, messaging internalised, CRM structured and live
• First 90 days: qualified pipeline established, first pilot programmes and channel partnerships signed
• First 12 months: a repeatable playbook, named enterprise logos, active alliances and predictable month-on-month revenue
Who we are looking for
Essential
• Minimum 8 years in B2B sales, corporate partnerships or new business development, including at least 2 years selling into HR, People & Culture or Admin functions at Indian corporates
• Demonstrable track record of carrying and hitting a revenue target
• Experience building and managing corporate alliances or channel partnerships
• Comfort with a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale running across a 2–4 month cycle
• Strong written and spoken English, and the confidence to hold a room with a CHRO
• Disciplined CRM, pipeline hygiene and reporting habits
• Graduate in any discipline
Preferred
• MBA in Marketing or HR
• Existing relationships across the employee benefits ecosystem: benefits brokers, insurers, EAP providers, corporate wellness vendors
• Background in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, pharma or wellness services
• Genuine interest in women's health. You will be talking about menopause every working day, with people who may be uncomfortable discussing it
What we offer
• Ownership of a category with no incumbent in India, and the freedom to build the playbook
• Direct working access to the founder and our medical advisory board
• Full support from marketing and clinical teams: decks, case studies, expert speakers, session content and post-sale programme design
