We are looking for a qualified Advocate with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to manage legal and corporate matters for our two companies:

📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Position: Corporate Advocate / Legal Counsel
🏠 Work Model: Hybrid — 4 days Work From Home + 2 days Office
💰 Monthly Compensation: CAD 1,200
📚 Experience: Minimum 2 years
Required Knowledge & Experience:
• PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) and compliance matters
• Corporate and Commercial Law
• Contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Legal notices, disputes and documentation
• Understanding of cross-border business matters will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to management
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, NDAs, MOUs and other legal documents
• Handle corporate and regulatory compliance
• Advise management on PMLA-related compliance and legal risks
• Coordinate with CAs, consultants and relevant authorities when required
• Handle legal notices and business-related disputes
• Support legal requirements for our India and Canadian business operations
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
We are looking for someone who is responsible, professional, solution-oriented and comfortable working directly with management.
