Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Corporate Account Manager. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, addressing client needs, interacting with various departments, negotiating terms for partnerships, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues. The role will also involve preparing reports, monitoring account performance, and assisting in strategic decision-making to grow the business.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Corporate Client Relationship Management and Account Handling
- Strong Negotiation, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation abilities
- Problem-solving skills and experience in resolving client inquiries effectively
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service
- Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and using relevant tools for analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or corporate account management is preferred
- A goal-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
