In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice-based channels, resolving queries, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically. - Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. - Follow communication scripts, company policies, and guidelines during interactions. - Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department while ensuring proper follow-up. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to deliver accurate information. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high service quality. - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution rates. - Adhere strictly to company data protection, confidentiality, and compliance policies. - Work in rotational shifts as required (if applicable). - Participate in ongoing training and workshops for continuous professional development.
