Job Summary -

Our Revenue Cycle Managed Services team will provide you with the opportunity to act as an extension of our healthcare clients' revenue cycle functions. We specialize in front, middle and back-office revenue cycle functions for hospitals, medical groups, and other providers. We leverage our custom and automated workflow and quality assurance products to enable our clients
to achieve better results, which ultimately allows them to provide better patient care.

- Leads all aspects of delivery on multiple engagements;
- Develops and sustains proactively strategic client relationships, establishing and confirming client satisfaction of services;
- Leads delivery resource recruitment efforts;
- Develops training and certification plans for delivery resources;
- Brings transition management experience and fundamental knowledge in support/service management;
- Analyzes data to identify and communicate trends to Managers and Clients;
- Shows knowledge and skills in SQL Server relational databases, including the ability to update and maintain databases, and create tables, views, and procedures using SSMS T-SQL scripting;
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tableau, etc.;
- Interprets end user requests and creates meaningful Ad Hoc report;
- Provides Pre-Project Revenue analysis with prompt turnaround for potential clients;
- Uses historical data to create forecasting models;
- Organizes large volumes of data to effectively meet critical deadlines;
- Communicates and effectively translates requirements from healthcare business office professionals to technical developers;
- Evaluates critically information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and generates easily understandable reports;
- Takes initiative when evaluating open-ended requests and shows desire to solve problems
- Maintains multiple client and internal requests concurrently;
- Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint, including skilled, functional proficiency with charts, formulas, pivot tables, etc.;
- Scrubs raw files for pertinent information, and imports data to database tables;
- Manages protected health information (PHI) daily without compromising security and integrity
- Is regarded as an industry thought-leader, participating in educational programs to stay abreast of industry trends and changes in technology;
- Consistently meets or exceeds established department standards including quality, attendance, and deadlines; and,
- Adheres to the HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
- Experience Level: 17 to 20 years.
- Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance or Any Graduate
