Graduate

One of the career pathways into Cornwall Council is as a graduate. Cornwall Council has joined the National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP). This is a two-year programme run by the Local Government Association (LGA). It fast tracks graduates into a leadership or management career in local government. You will also gain a post graduate CMI Qualification Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Throughout the programme, graduates are employed by the Council and work in different services. You will be encouraged to make a positive impact in our services and for Cornwall.
