Senior Technical Analyst

Cornerstone's Implementation team is responsible for the configuration, integration, training, and ongoing support of Cornerstone's talent management suite of products. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in successfully deploying our solutions to our customers. This role is focused on translating technical requirements into effective configuration and process design, as well as client-facing implementation support. You will be responsible for the hands-on configuration of our products, integrating with other HR systems, creating reports, and documenting processes. You will also provide post-implementation support to ensure the long-term success of our customers.
