About the role

Technical Support Consultant Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers on a variety of Cornerstone products and services - Identify and diagnose customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products and improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Cornerstone's product offerings, features, and best practices - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers - Proficient in using various software applications and tools to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
