About the role

Cornerstone is looking for an Early Career Software Developer to join our Engineering team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code and participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant software solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in software development - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript - Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices - Understanding of relational databases and SQL - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
