Senior Data Analyst

This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and translate those needs into actionable analyses. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources - Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights - Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that can inform business strategy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs - Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive improved business outcomes - Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or computer science - 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role - Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying - Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders - Experience working with large, complex data sets and ability to derive meaningful insights - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
