About the role

As a Principal Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving Cornerstone's HR technology platform adoption and client satisfaction for a portfolio of strategic customers. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with Cornerstone's client executives, solution architects, and professional services teams to ensure that our clients maximize the value of their Cornerstone investment. You will be a strategic partner, trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working to understand your client's business objectives and challenges, and driving transformational outcomes.
