Lead Front End Engineer (UI/ReactJS)

As a Lead Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end engineers in building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using ReactJS. You will work closely with the product and design teams to translate user requirements into elegant and intuitive user interfaces. You will also mentor and guide junior engineers, review code, and ensure best practices are followed. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of front-end engineers in designing and implementing complex UI components and features - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into effective user experiences - Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement - Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow their skills - Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices, and drive their adoption within the team - Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for the front-end platform Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Proficient in ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.) - Hands-on experience in building responsive, accessible, and performant web applications - Ability to write clean, well-structured, and testable code - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in leading and mentoring a team of front-end engineers - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
