Corporate Paralegal

Under the supervision of the General Counsel, the Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely support on a wide range of corporate and legal matters. This includes drafting and reviewing corporate documents, conducting legal research, assisting with contract management, and providing administrative support to the legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
