Corporate Counsel II

The Corporate Counsel II will serve as primary counsel supporting domestic operations, primarily responsible for advising and assisting the business on commercial transactions and legal issues. This includes leading contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, providing legal guidance on a variety of business topics, and supporting regulatory and compliance matters. The successful candidate will have excellent commercial contracting experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams. This is a remote role based in the US.
