As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Ruby on Rails framework. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality - Troubleshoot and debug issues in the existing codebase - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in software development - Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework - Hands-on experience in developing web applications - Good understanding of database design and SQL - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
