Associate Director, Data Engineering

Associate Director Data Engineering Location: Pune, India The Associate Director, Data Engineering will serve as a strategic leader within our Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for building data engineering capabilities, including the design, development and implementation of robust, scalable and cost-effective data pipelines, as well as establishing best practices and standards for data engineering across the organization. In this role, you will manage a team of talented data engineers and be responsible for their professional development. You will partner closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure that data products and solutions are aligned with strategic business objectives.
