Cornerstone Career 2025 Responsibilities: Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of our cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools and dashboards. Incident Management: Respond promptly to alerts and incidents triggered by monitoring systems or tools like PagerDuty. Escalate critical issues to the relevant teams following established protocols. Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of incidents. Communication: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Documentation: Update runbooks, logs, and incident reports to ensure accurate records are maintained. Learning & Improvement: Gain hands-on experience with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and operational workflows.
