About the role

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and system improvements across the Cornerstone organization. The candidate will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and the engineering teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and deliver solutions to drive operational efficiencies and support the strategic growth of the business. Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement - Document and communicate business requirements and technical specifications - Design and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance user experience - Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation and integration of new systems/processes - Provide end-user training and support to facilitate user adoption - Continuously monitor and optimize business processes and systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with overall business strategy Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements - Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements - Proficient in business process modeling and documentation (e.g., flowcharts, swimlane diagrams) - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Understanding of enterprise software systems and integration concepts - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
