Configuration Analyst

This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing software company based in central London. We are looking for driven, ambitious and talented graduates to join the team, initially working directly on our software platform to help configure bespoke client solutions. This will be the first rung of a defined career development path where based on merit, opportunities exist for you to progress quickly. This role is ideally suited to candidates from a technical background, but if you have a proven technical / analytical capability, and a willingness to learn then this will be sufficient for you to apply, as full training will be provided. The important point is that you will learn how our software works and use this knowledge to support you in your future roles within the company. There will be opportunities to progress your career in a number of directions, with either business or technical bias. Typical future roles would include Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developer, or Project and Programme Manager. CoreStream is operated by an experienced team of ex-big 4 consultants who will mentor you through your development in the company. With a wide portfolio of blue chip clients from a range of industry groups, and across the globe, you will quickly gain a breadth of experience that would be relatively unusual in a typical graduate position. The working environment is both fun and intense. You can expect to work hard, and this will sometimes mean extended hours. Flexible working is actively accommodated with most staff typically splitting their time between home and the office 50/50. All staff are entered into a discretionary bonus scheme paid based on tenure, grade and performance.
