CA Fresher / Inter - Business Finance Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a CA Fresher / CA Inter to join our team as a Business Finance Associate. The ideal candidate should have the following skills: • CA Fresher / CA Inter • Strong accounting and financial analysis skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficient in MS Excel and other finance related tools • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle etc. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Keen interest in Business Finance and Accounting Job Responsibilities: • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports and statements • Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management • Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting tasks • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Maintain and update financial records and documents • Participate in financial audits and compliance activities • Provide administrative support to the finance team as and when required
