Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Core HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, HR compliance, and HRMS management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Handle employee documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Assist in policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
