Company Description Artha‑Niti Institute for Governance (ANIG), founded in 2026 in Jasrana, is a public charitable trust dedicated to advancing evidence‑based, constitutionally grounded policy research. Role Description The Core Team (Volunteers) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Jasrana, with some work-from-home flexibility. Core Team members support the institute’s research and governance initiatives through activities such as literature review, data collection, and basic analysis for ongoing projects. They assist in drafting policy briefs, reports, and communication materials, and help organize events, discussions, and outreach activities that promote ANIG’s work. The role involves close collaboration with researchers and leadership on project planning, documentation, and coordination with external partners. Volunteers are expected to participate in regular team meetings, maintain clear communication, and uphold the institute’s standards of rigor, integrity, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured research and analysis, including literature review and basic data interpretation.
- Strong writing and editing skills for policy briefs, reports, and public-facing communications.
- Interest in governance, public policy, constitutional law, or related social science disciplines.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to support multiple projects in a full-time hybrid setting.
- Comfort with digital tools for collaboration, document management, and online communication.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams, with openness to feedback and a learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in public policy, political science, economics, law, sociology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to public interest, ethical standards, and inclusive practices.
