Role Description The Core Team (Volunteers) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Jasrana, with flexibility for some work from home. Team members contribute to ongoing research projects by assisting with literature reviews, data collection, and drafting policy briefs and reports. The role involves coordinating with researchers and partners, helping organize events such as discussions, workshops, and outreach activities, and supporting communication efforts through basic documentation and content preparation. Volunteers may also help maintain internal knowledge repositories, track project timelines, and participate in regular team meetings to align on priorities and deliverables. This position is ideal for individuals interested in public policy, governance, and social impact who wish to build experience in a research-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical abilities, including literature review, data interpretation, and structured note‑taking.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft concise summaries, policy notes, and emails.
- Organizational and coordination skills for managing tasks, supporting events, and working within project timelines.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (word processing, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms) and document management.
