We are building the core team at PrarambhX, and we are looking for a few people to build it with us.
PrarambhX is a DPIIT recognised, Pune based startup working in applied STEM education, currently delivering programmes across Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and scaling across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa. We are early, we are moving fast, and we are looking for people who want to own a part of that rather than watch it from a desk.
This is not an employee role. We are looking for core members and partners who take ownership, lead from the front, and think for themselves. If you need a fixed script and a fixed desk, this is not it. If you want real responsibility early and a genuine stake in what we build, read on.
Who we are looking for
Dynamic thinkers who solve problems rather than wait for instructions.
People comfortable leading a team and owning an outcome end to end.
Risk takers who understand what joining early means, and want it anyway.
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa, with all travel and stay covered by the company.
