🚨 HIRING | STAPLES & FMCG BUYERS – SOURCING
⚠️ THIS IS NOT A GENERAL PROCUREMENT ROLE.
HESA is looking for experienced Staples & FMCG Buyers who have hands-on experience in buying, sourcing, price negotiation and vendor development across staple commodities.
🎯 WE WANT PEOPLE WHO KNOW THE STAPLES MARKET.
If you have worked hands-on with:
🌾 Rice | Broken Rice | Maize
🌾 Wheat | Maida | Rava | Poha
🫘 Pulses & Dal
🛢️ Edible Oil
🍚 Sugar & other FMCG Staples
— WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.
🔥 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
✅ 7–10+ years of relevant FMCG / Staples Buying & Sourcing experience
✅ Strong regional supplier & vendor network
✅ Hands-on experience in commodity buying and price negotiation
✅ Knowledge of mandi/market prices and commodity trends
✅ Vendor development & commercial negotiations
✅ Experience managing procurement volumes and margins
✅ Strong understanding of FMCG Staples markets
