Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Core Recruiter / Talent

Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment

lifecycle and onboarding process for white-collar roles within the organization.

The role focuses on attracting, evaluating, and onboarding qualified professionals

across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Design, and

Management within the printing industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder

management skills, and the ability to deliver a smooth onboarding experience

for new employees.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across departments.

 Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring

needs.

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks,

and employee referrals.

 Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership

teams.

Candidate Management

 Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

 Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a

positive candidate experience.

 Manage salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.

Offer & Joining Management


 Prepare and release offer letters and employment contracts.

 Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and timely

joining.

 Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Onboarding & Induction

 Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires.

 Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

 Ensure completion of joining documentation, policy briefing, and

compliance requirements.

 Coordinate with IT, administration, and department heads for system access

and workstation setup.

HR Coordination & Reporting

 Maintain recruitment records, employee files, and onboarding

documentation.

 Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports to

management.

 Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.


Required Skills

 Strong experience in recruitment

 Expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting

 Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment

 Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills

 Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

 Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or

related field
