- F5 BIG-IP: LTM/GTM, VIPs, Pools, Health Monitors, troubleshooting
- Infoblox DDI: DNS, DHCP, IPAM
- Bluecoat Proxy and/or Zscaler: ZIA/ZPA
- Routing: BGP, OSPF
- Strong Production Support: P1/P2, RCA, Change Management
