• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of product life cycle and software development life cycles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptive to different manufacturing
environment
• Strong customer orientation skills, proactive and provide prompt troubleshooting to
address production escalation.
• Ability to interface with customers and/or stakeholders from remote sites
• Experience in managing external suppliers to deliver specified software products
