</div><div>We are seeking a professional and reliable <strong>Receptionist</strong> to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is critical in creating a welcoming environment while supporting administrative and operational functions in a healthcare setting.<br><br>

<strong>Front Desk & Customer Service<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Greet visitors, staff, and families in a professional and friendly manner</li>
<li>Answer and route incoming calls efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Administrative Support<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings</li>
<li>Support administrative and HR functions as needed</li>

<strong>Communication<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between departments</li>

<strong>Compliance & Confidentiality<br></strong><br>

<li>Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information responsibly</li>

<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)</li>

<strong>Preferred:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare or IDD services</li>
<li>Familiarity with DBHDD standards</li>
<li>Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems</li>
