Role Description: The Core Faculty Member will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality classroom instruction aligned with the school’s Neo-Tech Global Curriculum. Daily activities include preparing teaching materials, conducting lectures, facilitating case discussions, mentoring students, and evaluating performance through assignments and examinations. The role involves collaborating with industry partners to integrate practical business insights into courses, supervising projects and internships, and contributing to curriculum development and academic quality. Faculty members are expected to engage in research, participate in academic and administrative committees, and support institutional initiatives and events. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Muthoot Business School in Kochi.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline; MBA or doctoral degree strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at the postgraduate or undergraduate level, with the ability to use case-based and experiential learning methods.
- Ability to integrate technology and data-driven tools into teaching, including learning management systems and digital resources.
- Experience or interest in industry collaboration, internships, and practice-oriented projects that connect students with real-world business challenges.
- Research aptitude with the ability to publish in academic or professional outlets and contribute to thought leadership in relevant domains.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills, with a student-centered and inclusive approach to learning.
- Commitment to continuous learning, curriculum innovation, and participation in institutional development activities.
