We’re hiring a Lifeguard to join our team at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located right on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara. Compensation: $20.00/hour | Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)
What You’ll Do
- Ensure the safety of Members and Guests by actively monitoring all aquatic areas.
- Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies with proper procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning pool environment.
- Perform daily opening/closing duties and routine pool maintenance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and friendly approach.
- Assist with aquatic programs, lessons, and club events.
- Monitor pool chemicals, supplies, and equipment functionality.
- Accurately complete logs, reports, and incident documentation.
- Uphold all Club standards, policies, and safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
