EazyDiner is India’s leading restaurant discovery, booking and payments platform, redefining dining experiences across the country. We are looking for a strategic and creative Manager – Copywriting & Social Media to lead EazyDiner’s digital voice and social presence. This role will own content strategy, drive brand storytelling, and lead high-impact campaigns across platforms while managing a team of content creators and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Growth:
- Drive X% MoM growth in followers, reach, and engagement across platforms.
- Content Performance:
- Achieve above-benchmark engagement rate (ER%) and video completion rates (VTR) through high-quality content.
- Campaign Impact:
- Deliver high-performing 360° campaigns contributing to brand recall and user acquisition.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure 100% alignment with brand voice and messaging across all communication touchpoints.
- Content Output Efficiency:
- Maintain on-time delivery of monthly content calendars and campaign assets.
- Influencer & Collaboration ROI:
- Drive measurable ROI from influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, installs/bookings).
- Conversion Contribution:
- Support app installs, reservations, and revenue through social-led initiatives.
- Data & Optimization:
- Improve performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights (CTR, engagement, conversions).
- Team & Agency Management:
- Ensure efficient execution, quality control, and productivity of internal team and external partners.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in campaign management and digital marketing preferably in B2C platforms or consumer apps.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEM, display advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Hands-on experience with campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in copywriting and content development will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to marketing campaigns in app-based or consumer-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.).
- Excellent proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
