Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, insight-driven Copywriter who understands how to make BFSI content clear, credible, and compelling. This role goes beyond writing - it’s about shaping brand voice, simplifying complexity, and driving business impact through words.

You should be equally comfortable writing a punchy social post, creative IP and branding ideas, a high-performing emailer, or a trust-building financial narrative. If you can turn complex financial products into simple, engaging communication - this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality copy for social media, emailers, landing pages, digital campaigns, and product communication in the BFSI space.
  • Simplify complex financial concepts into clear, consumer-friendly, and compliant communication.
  • Create and adapt copy in strict alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and refine content for clarity, grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and compliance teams to build integrated campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content.
  • Continuously develop fresh, unique content and campaign ideas aligned to the brief and business objective.
  • Optimize copy using performance data, analytics, and A/B testing insights.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and customer journeys.
  • Use AI tools for first drafts, ideation, personalization, and scaling content.
  • Write strong prompts and refine AI outputs to ensure accuracy, tone, and compliance.
  • Fact-check and humanize AI-assisted content before publishing.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to write persuasive, trust-building, and conversion-focused copy.
  • Strong understanding of digital content formats and platform behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good grasp of consumer psychology and performance-driven writing.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback.
  • Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven mindset.
