We’re looking for idea-first creative thinkers who understand the nuances of government communication and can craft campaigns that inform, influence, and inspire citizens.

If you’ve worked on ministerial campaigns, public awareness initiatives, policy communication, or large-scale government outreach programs — we want to connect.

What You’ll Do:

1. Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns for ministries and government bodies.
2. Develop communication for public awareness campaigns, policy rollouts, and flagship schemes
3. Write across platforms: Digital, Print, OOH, Radio, Films, and Government AVs
4. Translate policy and strategy into simple, impactful, citizen-first messaging
5. Craft taglines, key messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives aligned with government tonality
6. Collaborate with strategists, designers, and media teams on multi-channel government campaigns
7. Present ideas internally and to senior stakeholders, including government representatives when required

What You Must Have:

1. 4–6 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency handling ministers or ministry accounts
2. Proven portfolio of government campaigns / public sector communication (DAVP / BOC / State Govt / PSU work preferred)
3. Strong experience in writing policy communication, awareness campaigns, scripts, OOH, and AVs.
4. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant communication
5. Strong understanding of government communication guidelines, tonality, and sensitivities
6. Campaign-first thinking with the ability to adapt messaging across platforms
