**Candidates with knowledge or exposure to defense communication, particularly related to the Indian Navy, will be highly preferred**
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for ministries, government bodies, and brands
- Develop strong campaign ideas across multiple categories and platforms
- Write for 360° media — Digital, Print, OOH, Films, Radio, and Scripts
- Translate strategic briefs into impactful creative concepts
- Craft brand tonality, taglines, and campaign hooks
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Required Skills
- Proven experience working in an advertising or creative agency
- Exposure to large-scale social media and integrated campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led thinking (beyond just social media content)
- Experience in writing scripts, brand films, OOH copy, and digital extensions
- Ability to think “campaign-first” and adapt messaging across platforms
