We're looking for a copywriter who thinks in hooks, angles, and ideas. Someone who can write a UGC script, a Meta ad, a PDP hero, and a campaign concept in the same week, and have all four actually work.

What you'll do
- Write UGC video scripts for D2C brands across India and GCC. Hooks, problem-solution beats, transitions, CTAs.
- Write Meta, Google, and YouTube ad copy: headlines, primary text, descriptions, end-card lines.
- Write landing page and PDP copy that converts: hero sections, value props, FAQ, social proof framing.
- Develop campaign concepts and big ideas, not just execute briefs handed down. We'll expect three different angles on a brief, not three variations of one angle.
- Write social media copy that does more than fill the calendar. Captions that earn the scroll.
- Work alongside video editors, designers, and the performance team so the writing actually lands in the final asset, not just the doc.
- Read creative performance data (hook rates, watch time, CTR, CVR) and rewrite based on what's working. No attachment to lines that aren't pulling weight.
- Brief and guide junior copywriters and content team members on day-to-day work.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years writing ads and content for D2C brands. We want to see actual ads that ran, not just portfolio pieces.
- Strong grasp of how ad copy works: hooks, angles, claims, proof, offer, CTA. You should be able to explain why a line works, not just feel that it does.
- Real UGC scripting experience. You know what makes someone stop scrolling and what makes a 30-second video sell.
- Range. You can write a punchy Meta headline, a 6-frame UGC script, a Shopify PDP, an email subject line, and a brand About page. Same writer, different gears.
- Concept thinking. You can take a brand, a product, and an offer, and come back with multiple distinct angles, not surface-level variations.
- Prior experience leading or briefing a small creative team (copy, content, video).
- Comfort with feedback loops from performance data. You don't get precious about headlines.
- Curiosity about products, customers, categories, and offers. D2C copy is where writing meets pricing, positioning, and product, and the best people in this seat care about all of it.
